How do I contact you?

Do the cards have text inside?

All cards are blank inside to allow you to write your own personal message.

How are the cards packaged for delivery?

The cards are packaged in a protective clear cellophane sleeve and shipped in a rigid mailer.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

The cards are made from 100% sustainable, recycled paper. The cellophane sleeve is made from 10% recycled content and is acid and lignin-free. The rigid mailers have a recycled fibre content of 60% - 70%. The envelopes are 100% recycled materials. Canada post provides carbon neutral shipping.

How do you choose your product partners?

All product partners are Canadian and based locally.

What payment methods do you accept?

I proudly accept the following payment methods.

How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping is FREE Canada-wide on orders CAD 35 and over. International Shipping - Flat rate fees will be calculated and added at checkout.

How fast will orders be shipped?

Once your order is received, I will ship it within 36 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Shipping Times Canada - 2 - 6 Business Days USA - 4 - 10 Business Days International - 4 - 14 Business Days

Will orders be tracked?

I use Canada Post and your order will be untracked unless otherwise stated.

Are large or wholesale orders possible?

What is your return and refund policy?

I am a micro business and am unable to accept returns or give refunds. All sales are final.
